BabyGlow is an AI-powered service that generates preview images of babies based on ultrasound photos. The generated images are artistic predictions for entertainment purposes only and do not represent medical diagnoses or guarantees of actual appearance.

By using BabyGlow, you agree to: - Only upload images you have the right to use - Not upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content - Not use the service for any unlawful purpose - Be at least 18 years old

BabyGlow offers a free 4D HD preview (watermarked). Full timeline access (newborn + 6 months, HD, no watermark) is available for a one-time payment of $7.99 USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the results. To request a refund, contact us at support@ibabyglow.com with your payment receipt.

BabyGlow provides AI-generated images for entertainment and emotional connection only. We make no guarantees about: - The accuracy or resemblance of generated images to actual babies - The availability or uptime of the service - The quality of results for any specific ultrasound image BabyGlow is NOT a medical service and should not be used as a substitute for medical advice.

You retain ownership of the images you upload. Generated images are owned by you for personal use. BabyGlow retains the right to use anonymized, aggregate data to improve the service. You may not resell or commercially distribute generated images.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that: - Violate these terms - Upload illegal or harmful content - Abuse the service You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BabyGlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
